Today, as Chairman and Managing Director of The Forttuna Group, I lead nine verticals spanning awards, entertainment, AI, mentorship, and digital storytelling each built with a purpose to inspire, innovate, and scale human potential.

With over 15 years of experience across business development, sales, and marketing, I’ve built and scaled ventures, led digital transformation initiatives, and guided emerging leaders on their path to impact. Before Forttuna, I served as Chief of Staff at a $1.5 billion NBFC, where I learned to lead with both strategic clarity and emotional intelligence lessons that now form the backbone of my leadership philosophy.

My approach is deeply human. Whether overseeing brand strategy, driving global partnerships, or shaping new ventures, I lead from the heart combining business foresight with an emotion driven mindset. Creativity has always been central to who I am, from my early years as a model and professional dancer to now channeling that same energy into building brands, producing content, and unlocking bold ideas.

As a Forbes Business Council Member, UAE Country Chair at G100, Global Ambassador at GEPS, and UN Representative, I’m committed to elevating global dialogue around entrepreneurship, gender equity, and innovation.
